Troy Town Hall Set To Discuss Funding Cuts To Those With Disabilities

A town hall forum is scheduled for 7-9 p.m., Dec. 3 at the Troy Community Center at 3179 Livernois to discuss the "Impact of the Budget Cuts and Fixing the Broken Mental Health System." Some $21 million has been cut from the budget of the Oakland County Community Mental Health Authority, including $7 million to the Macomb-Oakland Regional Center, for Fiscal Year 2015, which began Oct.
