A two truck crash at the intersection of North Buchanan Street and Northeast Third Avenue rolled one truck onto its top, which continued to spill gasoline into the intersection Tuesday morning. About 10 a.m., a white Ford F-150 pickup was traveling northbound on Buchanan when a green Chevrolet pickup heading eastbound on Third ran a red light.
