Written by Jackson native Stuart Stevens, “The Last Season” is a memoir chronicling a son and aging father connecting over the 2013 Ole Miss football season. “It’s about more than football,” said former mayor Jack Reed Jr., who conceived the Tupelo Reads event six years ago.
