Attorneys for the Warren Buffett-owned company say the railroad’s corporate predecessors didn’t know the vermiculite it hauled over decades from a nearby mine was filled with hazardous microscopic asbestos fibers. The case in federal civil court over the two deaths is the first of numerous lawsuits against the Texas-based railroad corporation to reach trial over its past operations in Libby, Montana.

It should be no surprise that with Fortnite being as big as it is it seems to be the most ‘leaked-about’ games currently doing the rounds. Barely a week goes by without data miners fishing around in the code to tell everybody what skins and events are coming next. Today’s Fortnite roadmap leak seems a little more than that however as potentially the game’s roadmap for the rest of 2024 has surfaced on the internet and highlights a number of things coming to the Battle Royale that are new news to most. A post on Reddit shared an image that seems to be a screen grab from a screen showing a graphical calendar of what is upcoming. It seems like a lot of effort to go to if it is made up, and obviously, there is no saying a) it is true or b) how old it is and whether things have changed or been cut but it does pull out a few interesting things, especially around Lego Fortnite and Fortnite Festival which would look to be getting some big things incoming. Some of the general things that the fans are saying on Reddit range between people convinced the leak is real and others instantly dismissing it as fake.

The Fallout video game franchise is enjoying a massive boom in sales thanks to the new (and popular) Fallout TV show on Amazon Prime, which has made Fallout 4 the number-one game in Europe. Data from GamesIndustry.biz found the 2015 open-world RPG set in the post-apocalyptic Fallout universe has taken the top spot in the European game sales chart with a whopping 7,500% increase in sales week-on-week. The surge in sales is not just down to the TV show, although that’s the main driving force, but also significant discounts on Fallout games across all platforms in a coordinated marketing push from developers Bethesda.
