Two Utica Elementary sixth-graders arrested have been charged with delinquency counts of aggravated menacing after threatening to cut their principal’s throat. According to complaints filed yesterday in Licking County Juvenile Court, Joshua Ferguson, 12, of St. Louisville, and Samuel Johnston, 12, of Utica, were overheard on Friday talking about a plan to take students and teachers hostage and cut the throats of several faculty members, including Principal Randy Nielsen.
