Two local financial advisers accused of defrauding investors of $1.8 million have pleaded guilty to reduced charges.Paul Rodak, 60, of Kirtland, and Lochlainn O'Haimhirgin, 42, of Highland Heights, were indicted in October 2015 on one count each of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, securities fraud, conspiracy to commit bank fraud, bank fraud and false statements to bank.
