An electrical problem sparked a fire on a boat docked at Belle Maer Harbor marina on Tuesday morning, causing thousands of dollars in damage, according to fire officials.Battalion Chief Andy Houde said fire crews were called out to the marina about 10:35 a.m. to respond to a report of a burning boat.
