CEDAR RAPIDS — Wednesday’s shooting on Fairway Terrace was “not a random act,” public safety spokesman Greg Buelow said Friday.However, many of the circumstances of the shooting — which left two men injured — remain under investigation.“The exact circumstances of what happened, who shot whom, are still part of that ongoing investigation,” Buelow said.Cedar Rapids police were called to 424 Fairway Terrace SE at 1:08 p.m.
