NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- The euro has broken the $1.34 barrier. It closed at $1.3386 on Thursday. A month ago or so it looked as if the floor to euro trading was $1.36 per euro. Continued weak numbers coming out of the eurozone, however, has convinced people that Mario Draghi, the president of the European Central Bank, is going to have to give in and resort to a greater amount of monetary easing, even moving to something he has rejected so far -- quantitative easing.
