A US extradition request for Roman Polanski is denied by Poland, according to the filmmaker's lawyers. Polanski, director of classics including "Rosemary's Baby" and "Chinatown", is planning to shoot a film in Krakow, a city where he spent part of his childhood. In 1977, he pled guilty to having unlawful sex with 13-year-old girl during a photoshoot in Los Angeles, fueled by champagne and drugs.
