U.s. Supreme Court To Review Juvenile 'lifer' Ruling

The U.S. Supreme Court is revisiting an issue that could benefit 13 juvenile lifers in Erie and Crawford counties -- inmates serving mandatory life sentences with no parole for murders they were convicted of committing as juveniles.
