A 16-month-old boy was in critical condition Saturday at Primary Childrenâs Hospital after his stepfather allegedly tried to drown him in the bathtub while his mother was at work. According to a probable cause statement, the injuries were so severe that the boy was not expected to survive. The stepfather, Codey Jolley, 28, called 911 at 8:50 p.m.
