A Utah man whose manslaughter conviction was overturned last year by an appeals court, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a lesser degree of the crime and was resentenced to prison for up to 10 years. Rodney Amato Liti, now 37, was convicted by a jury of the Nov. 5, 2011, slaying of 35-year-old Anthony Fili at the victimâs Taylorsville apartment.
