Victims Coming Forward About Westlake Groper

More victims are coming forward to police after a woman took to social media to circulate the photo of a man who reportedly groped her near Westlake Park, according to Seattle police. Police arrested a Level III sex offender Wednesday for violation of his probation. Seattle police have identified him as a person of interest in the case.
