Democrat Representative Rush Holt from New Jersey's 12th Congressional District ripped a microphone from the hands of a woman constituent at a town hall meeting a few days ago, denying her right to speak further. The town hall in question occurred this past Monday in a Marlboro, New Jersey, middle school.
