Walmart Store Manager Talks About Reopening

Walmart store manager Robert Evans Wednesday, Nov. 13, at Walmart in El Paso. Evans is the manager of the Walmart where a gunman opened fire Saturday, Aug. 3, killing 22 and wounding 25 others.
