Warren council members may turn up the heat on Mayor James Fouts to take a lie detector test and submit a voice analysis in the wake of the latest recording of vile remarks allegedly made by him.Council members plan to discuss at their next regular meeting Tuesday, a revised proposal from Councilman Scott Stevens asking Fouts to voluntarily take those steps to possibly prove whether or not he made the disparaging comments.
