Pregent highlighted that Irans continuing support for Shiite militias in Iraq, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and the Houthis in Yemen with the aim of building their capabilities would jeopardize the political stability and security in the whole region. According to him, Iraq was the starting point where the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps Quds Forces (IRGC-QF) had formed loyal Shiite militias directly under the command of Quds Force Commander Qassim Suleimani, such as Asaib Ahl al-Haq (AAH), Kateb Hizbollah (KH), and al-Nujaba Movement (NB).
