Through crowdfunding via Kickstarter, Hal Hartley was able to finish his "Henry Fool" trilogy -- it's taken seventeen years in total to make. The final installment, "Ned Rifle," will premiere at this year's Toronto International Film Festival. Speaking to Indiewire last year, Hartley said "If I can raise all the money I need to raise my films by promising the audience the actual products, I'm 100% in control of the cash and that's great.
