Members of Congress appeared to have a better grip on what's rotten at Wells Fargo than CEO John Stumpf did as he testified Thursday before the House Financial Services Committee for more than four hours. Rep. Gregory Meeks described Wells Fargo under Stumpf's leadership as "basically a criminal enterprise" that reflects poorly on the rest of the industry. Meeks joined a growing chorus calling for Stumpf's resignation.
