Voters in the the West Bloomfield School District will consider a bond proposal on the ballot Tuesday, May 2, that will lower an existing bond rate but extend the number of years that a debt tax is levied.The proposal will allow the school district to make a number of improvements to aging school facilities and to construct a new middle school at the rear of the current Orchard Lake Middle School that will serve the entire district.
