A West Valley City teenager suffered at least broken bones Thursday after he got pinned under a SUV. About 5:52 p.m., a 26-year-old woman was turning onto 3200 West from Windsor Mobile Estates when hot soup she had with her tipped over, said West Valley City police Lt. Matt Elsen. The soup spilled on her and she became distracted, losing control of her GMC Yukon, Elsen said. The Yukon went onto the sidewalk and struck a 16-year-old boy on his bicycle at 2822 South, pinning him underneath.
