On a recent jog through my local park in London, something stopped me in my tracks. As I came around a corner in a wooded area, I passed a young woman standing in the middle of the path, looking around frantically, sobbing. While I usually tend to leave people who are crying in public to themselves, this scene sent off alarm bells in my head.
