By Brandy McDonnellToday's featured event: Oklahoma Film Society, a long-running film exhibition group, will be hosting its inaugural Oklahoma Film Festival, running today through Saturday in the heart of Oklahoma City.As previously reported, the free three-day festival, created as a year-end celebration of Oklahoma filmmakers, will take place at The Paramount Room in Film Row, Artspace at Untitled and 21c Hotel Museum.The festival will jump start today at The Paramount Room with a screening of Kyle Roberts’ short film "The Grave," followed by Mickey Reese’s recent award-winning film "Strike, Dear Mistress, and Cure His Heart," according to a news release.
