MESHOPPEN TWP. — A Wilkes-Barre man was killed when his motorcycle collided with another vehicle Friday morning in Wyoming County. John Machinshok, 64, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to State Police at Tunkhannock. The fatal wreck occurred on State Route 6 near the Wyoming County fairgrounds just after 8 a.m., when Machinshok’s Harley Davidson motorcycle was struck by a BMW driven by 38-year-old Ryan Kehoe, of Scranton, state police said. Kehoe’s vehicle, according to state police, was traveling eastbound when it crossed into the westbound lane and struck the motorcycle, ejecting Machinshok. Kehoe sustained minor injuries.
