Winchester Marks Black History Month With Conversation On Equity

On Sunday afternoon, Feb. 10, the Winchester Multicultural Network and co-sponsor Winchester Interfaith Council hosted their 2019 Black History Month Event for nearly 90 participants at the Jenks Center in Winchester.During the two-hour event, Dr. Darnisa Amante, President and Co-Founder of DEEP, presented her case for transforming and reshaping our understanding of equity in our individual and institutional behaviors.
