Former "The Wire" star Michael K. Williams has scored two high-profile upcoming projects. First up, Williams has signed on for a major role 20th Century Fox and New Regency's upcoming film based on the popular "Assassin's Creed" video game franchise. No details are available on his role other than it said to have the potential to appear in multiple films. Justin Kurzel helms the film which stars Michael Fassbender, Marion Cotillard and Ariane Labed.
