Wisconsin Senate To Consider Gps Anti-tracking Bill

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The state Senate is set to take up a bill designed to curb using GPS devices to track people. The measure would make placing a GPS device on another person's vehicle without permission a misdemeanor punishable by up to nine months in jail and $10,000 in fines.
