Woman Dies In Ne Portland After Being Hit By 2 Drivers Who Drove Away

The woman was reported hit around 5:20 p.m. near Northeast 162nd Avenue and Halsey Street and pronounced dead at the scene. The drivers believed to be involved haven't yet been found, police said.
