A woman who was found overdosed on heroin in her car over the weekend had her 3-year-old daughter with her, the Oakland County Sheriff's Office said Monday.Deputies and firefighters were called to the 2500 block of Mann Road in Independence Township shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday to find the 29-year-old Waterford resident unconscious and having shallow breathing.
