'into The Woods' First Clip Features Meryl Streep As The Witch

Walt Disney Pictures has released a new featurette and the first clip for Into the Woods, the upcoming musical arriving in theaters on Christmas Day.The clip features the baker (James Corden) and his wife (Emily Blunt) arguing about their missing cow before the evil witch (Meryl Streep) intervenes. The featurette also offers new footage and interviews with Emily Blunt, director Rob Marshall, Anna Kendrick (Cinderella), Meryl Streep, composer Stephen Sondheim, Chris Pine (Cinderella's Prince), who offer new insight into this musical tale.Based on the award-winning stage play of the same name, Into the Woods centers on the baker and his wife, who go into the magical woods to reverse a curse placed on them by the evil witch, where they meet some of the most beloved fairy tale characters of all time.
