By Eric Eyre When state inspectors descended on pain clinics in Beckley and Charleston earlier this year, they found numerous infractions: outdated and improperly stored medications, no infection-control plans, doctors without adequate pain management training and absent owners.The inspections prompted three clinics to close, and a fourth is expected to shut down next month.
