Yahoo: U.s., Eu Approve Microsoft Internet Search Deal

Yahoo and Microsoft have gained final approval from U.S. and European regulators to move forward with their cooperative deal on Internet search. The two companies hope to complete the transition in the U.S. by the end of this year, and globally by early 2012.
