Tennessee has a new program designed to help emergency responders identify medical issues during crashes or medical emergencies. The program, called the "yellow dot program," was passed by the Tennessee legislature in 2012 and enrollment sites are being set up across the state. It is designed to quickly tell first responders an individual's medical information in the event of an emergency.
