Yosemite Proposes Raising Entrance, Camping Fees

YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK, Calif. (AP) — Officials at Yosemite National Park say visitors may soon have to pay more to enter and camp overnight. Ranger Scott Gediman said Monday that the seven-day pass could go up from $20 to $30 for each car; rates haven't changed since 1997. Campers paying between $5 and $20 a night today may have to pay between $6 and $24; camping rates last increased in 2006. Gediman says the public has until Nov.
