Zombieland 2 Set For 2019 Release, Deadpool Writers, Venom Director On Board

Sony Pictures will be bringing Zombieland 2 to theaters in 2019 with the original's director, writers, and many of its stars, including Emma Stone, Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, and Abigail Breslin. As reported by THR, the sequel will go into production in January of 2019 and will arrive later in the year in October, ten years after 2009's original Zombieland. Zombieland director, Ruben Fleischer, returns for the sequel and has most recently been working as director for this fall's Venom.
