Soundhound SoundHound has raised a $100 million funding round, led by Chinese tech giant Tencent. We've heard that it values the company at over $1 billion. The company has pivoted from a music identification app, into building out Houndify — a platform that lets companies quickly build their own voice assistants, like Apple's Siri or Amazon's Alexa.
