Record-setting weather does little to ease Bay Area traffic

The Bay Area has remained warm and dry this week, paving the way for some record-setting weather. Several cities shattered heat records Monday, according to the National Weather Service, including San Francisco, San Jose, Livermore and Half Moon Bay. San Francisco reached a high of 77 degrees, breaking a 2011 record of 73 degrees.
