PROVIDENCE — A second electric scooter company has parked its dock-free sharable scooters in the capital city.The Silicon Valley based Lime rolled out 150 scooters in the city as Bird scooters also returned, bringing the number in the city to its cap of 300.“Lime is thrilled that Providence’s residents and visitors are so eager to hop on our dock-free e-scooters,” said Scott Mullen, Lime director of expansion in New England.
