The city of Amarillo will begin its free summer lunch program for any child on Wednesday. Meals will be served at 55 locations including schools, city parks and community centers. There is no cost or registration required and the program is open to any child under the age of 18 in need of a lunchtime meal this summer. The summer lunch program is administered by the city and is funded through the Texas Department of Agriculture. read more
