It is rather ironic that this announcement was made as Hunter Biden was convicted on felony charges for illegal possession of a firearm and lying on the background check form. It does give one pause to wonder if there is indeed a two-tiered justice system in this country. On one hand, a guy who lied on a form and illegally possessed a gun is now a convicted felon.
