If artists can’t create and share their art, are they even artists? That and other “if a tree falls in the forest …” questions have lately haunted working artists, who have been robbed of the stages, gallery walls and public screens on which they typically work. But RAW Artists, an international art-show company and online platform for independent creatives, is trying to give some of them back. “I have been absolutely devastated for our entire creative community and those who host marketplaces, tours, gigs and showcases for artists,” said RAW founder and CEO Heidi Luerra via email.
