Quanz Auto Care is expanding into Rio Rancho. The auto repair shop will open its third location, this one in the City of Vision, by late October or early November. According to a release, the new shop will add 15 employees to start and plans to hire 25 by the end of its first year, bringing Quanz Auto Care's total number of employees to over 80. "It's an underserved market," General Manager Adam Quanz said of Rio Rancho in a phone interview Monday.
