Horst Rechelbacher, the hair-care entrepreneur who made himself a millionaire through the launch, growth and eventual sale of Aveda Corp., has died. He was 72. Rechelbacher had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2011. Family members said he died at his home in Osceola, Wis., according to KARE-TV At the website of Intelligent Nutrients, the company Rechelbacher founded after selling Aveda to Estee Lauder, a statement read, "The planet has lost one of its most passionate friends.
