It’s big year for Pittsburgh companies seeking U.S. Small Business Administration guaranteed loans. With three months to go, volume has already passed the total for full-year 2014 by $25 million, or 20 percent, according to data released by the SBA Pittsburgh District office. During the nine months ended June 30, 507 loans were approved, topping $152 million.
