Texas Tech's court storming after its win Saturday over then-No. 2 West Virginia came with repercussions.Tech was fined $25,000 and reprimanded by the Big 12 under its sportsmanship standards Monday for "its handling of postgame protocol." The conference also reprimanded West Virginia player Wesley Harris for striking a Texas Tech fan who rushed the court."We have a duty to provide a safe game environment," Commissioner Bob Bowlsby said in a statement.
