Bill Paxton, the Golden Globe- and Emmy-nominated actor who starred in Aliens and Titanic and the TV series Big Love and Training Day, has died unexpectedly at the age of 61. A loving husband and father, Bill began his career in Hollywood working on films in the art department and went on to have an illustrious career spanning four decades as a beloved and prolific actor and filmmaker. Most recently, he starred in CBS's Training Day and appeared in memorable roles on the silver screen with Edge of Tomorrow and Nightcrawler.
