Stories Related to Blog: Maloney Gets Independence Party Endorsement

Gov. Andrew Cuomo just signed a bill that makes it a felony to throw the contents of a toilet bowl at a prison guard, whether or not there is urine or feces in the bowl. Previously, it had only been a felony if the inmate threw bodily wastes, blood or semen.
