SOUTH GLENS FALLS — Police Chief Kevin Judd had a case of deja vu after hearing about an inflatable bounce house with kids inside being blown into the sky this weekend near Buffalo.The kids in Niagara County escaped serious injury Sunday when winds carried the bounce house 50 feet before coming back to earth, but two boys hurt in South Glens Falls in 2014 were not so lucky, ending up with numerous broken bones after crashing down.
