DENVER - Rep. Gordon Klingenschmitt, a Colorado Springs Republican who frequently finds himself in trouble for his religious-right speech, admonished the Boy Scouts of America for ending a ban on gay leaders, saying it opened the door for child molestation. There was an immediate outcry to Klingenschmitt's segment, which was part of an online broadcast released two days ago on his ministry PIJN News (Pray In Jesus Name News). He says the Boy Scouts will promote homosexual men to mentor and camp with young boys "and it will lead to child abuse." "It's not about the sexual pleasure of adults," Klingenschmitt said.
